In this series of 3 presentations, Dr. Tornatore
provides simple techniques you can use in your daily life to help maintain the
health of your brain. You will learn how memory works and how memory
changes as we age. You will practice easy ways to improve your memory and keep
your mind active to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. The workshops will involve
participation in activities designed to exercise your brain. Come
