Brain Health - Boost Your Mental Vitality

In this series of 3 presentations, Dr. Tornatore provides simple techniques you can use in your daily life to help maintain the health of your brain.  You will learn how memory works and how memory changes as we age. You will practice easy ways to improve your memory and keep your mind active to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. The workshops will involve participation in activities designed to exercise your brain.  Come prepared with your questions about brain aging and memories. Many people leave Dr. Tornatore’s talks feeling relieved and hopeful.

These workshops are designed to give you easy tools you can use in your everyday life to keep your brain active. Dr. Tornatore will explain why everyone experiences "senior moments" and what to do about them. Participants learn easy ways to improve their memories and keep their minds active to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's. Much of the workshop will involve participation in brain-strengthening activities.
